SAIS 2 is seeking to contract a Service Provider to design and curate a challenge competition for the SAIS 2 Innovation Fund Third Call for Proposals. The Service Provider will support the SAIS 2 PMO and Focal Points in facilitating the participation of applicants from the SAIS 2 partner countries in the Call, as well as design and provide Foresight training in SAIS 2 partner countries. The third Call for Proposals aims to support the up-take of innovative business plans focusing on African use cases and bridging the gaps between applied research, pilot projects and operational use cases as well as encourage decision makers in adopting new services using technologies such as drone technology.
